1. Acceptance
By installing or using BotSong, you accept these terms and the rules of the store for your platform.
2. License
BotSong grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app. You may not bypass the export limit, resell the app, disassemble or redistribute components except where expressly permitted by law.
3. Free version
All creation features, projects of any size or duration, editing, playback, saving, WAV and JSON can be used without purchase. Free-mode MIDI .mid and karaoke .kar exports are intentionally truncated to 15 seconds. The original project remains complete.
4. One-time lifetime purchase
Product botsong_lifetime_unlimited_export is a non-consumable purchase with a reference price of €29.99, subject to the local price shown by App Store. It unlocks complete .mid and .kar exports for the app’s availability and compatibility lifetime, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
5. Restoration and platforms
Restore Purchases recovers the purchase with the same store account. An Apple, Google Play or other-store purchase does not automatically transfer to a different store. Refunds and payment disputes follow store rules.
6. Music content and rights
You are responsible for prompts, lyrics, imported MIDI and exported songs. You must have the necessary rights to imported sources. BotSong does not guarantee a composition is unique or unlike every existing work; human review is recommended before commercial release.
7. Musical accuracy and compatibility
Playback and interpretation vary between MIDI players, sound banks and software. Exports are provided as-is; verify key, notes, chords, lyrics, synchronization and mix before publishing or performing.
8. Backups
You are responsible for copies of important .botsong files and exports. Autosave reduces loss risk but does not replace external backup.
9. Availability and liability
Features may be corrected, changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, BotSong carries no guarantee of artistic or commercial results or universal compatibility and is not liable for indirect damage arising from use or file loss.
