1. General principle
BotSong works without a BotSong user account. We do not collect your name, address or music projects on our own servers.
2. Data and files processed
Music descriptions, imported MIDI files, .botsong files, lyrics, structures, notes, mixes and exports are processed on your device. BotSong does not send this content to a BotSong server.
3. Local storage
Projects, preferences, autosaves and unlock status are kept in the app’s local storage. Exported files are saved or shared only at your request.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases and restorations are processed by Google Play. The store may process your account, payment, receipt and transaction data under its own privacy policy. BotSong receives only the technical information needed to recognize the purchased product.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
BotSong contains no advertising and uses no advertising or profiling SDK. Music content is not sold to third parties.
6. Sharing and file pickers
When you use the system file picker or share sheet, the apps or services you select process the file under their own terms. BotSong does not control user-selected destinations.
7. Children
BotSong does not request personal data and is not specifically directed at children. A parent or legal guardian should supervise purchases made by a minor.
8. Deletion and control
Delete projects and exports through the app or system tools. Uninstalling removes local app data under system rules, but not files you intentionally exported elsewhere.
9. Security and limitations
A local architecture limits data transfers. File security also depends on the device lock, backups and permissions you configure.
