Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Natural Checkers AI application and its presentation website, provided by David Paillot. By using the application or website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using them.
Licence and permitted use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application on your devices, subject to the applicable download store rules. You must comply with applicable law and third-party rights. You may not redistribute, resell or exploit protected elements of the application without permission, except where permitted by law.
Operation and artificial intelligence
The application offers a checkers game against artificial intelligence with a game engine that runs locally on your device. Moves, analyses and guidance are intended for entertainment and learning; their accuracy and any particular game outcome are not guaranteed. Features and performance may vary with your device and installed version.
Pricing and optional purchases
Prices and any paid features are displayed in the store or application before purchase. Payments, refund requests and the management of any subscriptions follow the relevant store procedures and your statutory rights. These terms do not create any subscription obligation.
Intellectual property
The code, text, artwork and other elements of the application and website are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences. These terms do not transfer ownership.
